Dr. Joduwole was awarded the "Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sardauna of Sokoto Platinum Leadership Award" by The Northern Youth Council of Nigeria. The representatives of the group also decorated her with the "Garkuwan Matassan Arewa/Icon and Cynosure of Nation Building" - a Medal of Honor making her a Protector and Shield of Arewa Youth, and youth across Nigeria.

The accolades were given in recognition of Dr. Joduwole's contributions towards purposeful leadership and youth empowerment, NYC said.
