The legal team of the PEBEC Secretariat was at the Federal Ministry of Justice (FMoJ) to brief the Honorable Attorney General of the Federation (HAGF) on the Business Facilitation (and Miscellaneous provisions) Bill, otherwise referred to as Omnibus Bill. The Bill seeks to amend outdated Business related laws and to institutionalise the business climate reforms of the PEBEC.

The legal drafting department of the FMoJ has been instrumental to the drafting of the Bill.
